We at CCC are a full general contractor. I am personally the exteriors manager. In Colorado we experience storm disasters year round. My target client is someone who has suffered a disaster, or has an insurance claim caused by hail, wind, water damage, or anything else. Our job is to make sure your home or property is returned to normal or better condition then before it got damaged. Whether you have
a small roof that needs done, or 400 windows on your commercial property to be replaced. I am here to make sure you are fully taken care of with as little stress added to you and your family.

Our mission: structural design of building, bridges, foundations, retaining walls and other types of structures efficiently, practically and safely as required by the building code, as per the client’s wishes, and as per the laws of physics.

We also help diagnose existing and potential problems and questions that owners, buyers, sellers, realtors, property managers and others may have about any type of building or structure.

We normally can say what caused the problem, if it really is a problem, how important it is, what can be done, what should be done and what needs to be done to help avoid future problems.

We design and calculate for gravity, snow, wind, earthquake, soil movement, up, down and horizontal.
