I help people with their biggest investment as well as building memories in a home (it has been called “It has been Kristina’d), let me give you an example. I got a call from a desperate homeowner who was going into foreclosure. They had lived in the home for over 60 years, but could no longer do the upkeep and was okay letting it go. We hurried and got the home on the market with the help of their nephew hauling things to donate. Keeping their stress level to a minimum by limiting the time showings were allowed. We received multiple offers and as they said it was like wining the lottery. They were able move and were happily settling into their condo. All of this was just intime as the new owners still got the notice of foreclosure! The new owners gave the home a new life, started their family there and then moved to a bigger home to continue the growth of their family. Each home has been loved and made anew!
