There are a lot of residential mortgage lenders and the vast majority of them want your loan to close in 30 days or less or they are not interested. They are not looking for relationships, they are looking for transactions. They are not looking to give advice based on your entire financial picture, your goals, your dreams, your plans, etc... The want to meet guidelines and move one. I'm here for the long haul, to be a long term partner and resource for my clients and their referrals.
